Bacon and Egg Bites Ingredients

  1. Two eggs six rashers of bacon half a Capsicum and half an Avocado

Cooking directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Spray a Texas muffin tin with oil ideally olive oil or coconut oil .Lay three slices of bacon on each muffin hole so they form a case .Cook in the oven for 5 minutes. Crack in an egg and top with diced bell pepper and return to the oven until cooked to your preference about 5 to 10 mnutes . Top with smashed avocado and serve .

Smokey Cheeseburger Salad

Ingredients

Smokey Cheeseburger Salad ingredients

Ingredients This will serve 1 person

100g of 85% lean ground beef mince / Salt and pepper to taste / 1/4 Cup T S House Sauce plus more for drizzle / 2 Tablespoons Smokey BBQ Sause /

6 Grape tomatoes Cut in Half / 1 Cup of shredded iceberg lettuce /

Cooking Preparation

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat cook and crumble ground beef until no longer pink about 6/8 minutes stir in TS House Sauce and Smokey Bacon BBQ Sauce
  2. In a large bowl combine lettuce and tomatoes and dressing pre prepared in separate bowl 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise 1 tablespoon of sugar free tomato ketchup and 1/2 a tablespoon of liquid smoke mix together and then drizzle over the salad and then add cooked mince on top and add grated cheese on top
  3. Serve and enjoy
